Other Associates
In addition to the Practice's own staff, we regularly use a number of other Associate Consultants to assist in the preparation of specific elements of individual commissions, for example sports development planning, architectural and other design services, planning, cost control, and VAT advice.
These specialists, both as sub-consultants to Steve Wells Associates and in their own right, have considerable experience in the development of sports projects, including many that have resulted in successful applications for external funding.
Among others, we work closely with a select group of Registered Architects and associated qualified and experienced professional who would normally make up the Design Team. In addition, we have close links with colleagues specialising in VAT and who can offer advice specific to the sport and leisure sector.
All specialists used to support the work of individual commissions are managed by and are responsible to Steve Wells Associates which has full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurances.
Where required, we can enter into sub-consultancy agreements with our partners, each of whom carries their own insurances.
